Whistleblowing

In order to comply with the provisions introduced by Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, "Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons reporting violations of national regulatory provisions," the Company has set up an information channel for reporting (also anonymously) any alleged misconduct committed within the scope of corporate activities.

PROTECTION OF THE WHISTLEBLOWER

The Company ensures the highest level of protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding for the whistleblower against undue retaliation, unlawful influence, discomfort, and discrimination of any kind for having duly reported in compliance with European Directive EU 2019/1937 on Whistleblowing.
